  2. Hey! I'm a training dietitian and I'd just like to say that this is a fantastic website, however, I'd like to clear up some of the hating on carbohydrates. Basically, I just want people to stop sullying the good name of carbohydrate. Two years ago I weighed 210 lbs, (I am a 5'4" woman). I had been sick for decades. I had been diagnosed with a variety of things: Fibromyalgia, endometriosis, chronic bronchitis, chronic sinusitis, diverticulitis, sleep apnea, arthritis, on and on - and I had been a migraine sufferer since I was 5 yrs old. My regular meds cost about $1300/month without insurance. I'm on my 3rd week on 100% paleo. Lost 18 pound the 2 previous weeks. My meals are varied. I say you eat way too much non-paleo. You might want to cut carbs more (under 50g) as you will not be hungry after a couple of days.
